Smokin' Hot Bluesy Jazz!
from "The Current" magazine... "Wendi Maxwell is the red-headed spitfire, vocalist, and bandleader for one of the region's most accomplished and respected jazz groups. Her players love to improvise as Wendi croons, growls, and spits out tales of adventure, heartbreak, and love. This is not background music, this is not smooth housewives' jazz, this is full-throttle jazz with a band that knows how to surprise and excite."
